An Imprint of The Writing Voices LLC

Thorne Brothers · Press

A sovereign romance imprint. Human-written, AI-sharpened. HEA guaranteed. No passive leads. A pen-name family of six brothers, each one working a different lane of the genre with the same brand DNA.

The Catalog

The press is young. One title is in the world so far. The rest of the brothers are in the workshop — more coming soon.

The Quiet Hours — A Trilogy

A sonic companion to the Cade Marlowe MM Western Romance series — not a single book. Three albums written in Cade's tone and produced through SongCraft Records: one life of men across one voice, one long ride.

The Braided Nib

Every book at Thorne Brothers Press is braided from three spines. Loaded together, they produce prose that sounds like a specific brother writing a specific book — not generic AI output.

Strand I

Voice Spine

Who speaks. The brother's identity — his themes, his motifs, his moral territory, the things he'll never say and the things only he would.

Strand II

Writeditor Spine

How the prose hits the page. The mechanical fingerprint — sentence rhythm, punctuation habits, the kill list, the moves that are his alone.

Strand III

Book Outline Spine

What this specific book is. Scene anchors, arc position, word targets, the particular shape of this story and no other.

The Gate

No prose without all three strands loaded at once. If one is missing, the work stops until it's back.

The Person Behind the Press

The imprint is run by Jimmy Thornburg. He's a writer and a publisher — and yes, he designed the Braided Nib the press uses, because the words for this kind of work hadn't been written yet and he wasn't going to sit around waiting for somebody else to write them.

The reason a lot of AI-assisted writing reads badly is that the people doing it don't have their own vocabulary for what they're actually doing. Thorne Brothers Press has vocabulary.

Writeditor

A writer who edits. He directs the AI the way a film director runs a set — sentence by sentence, until every line sounds like him.

Digital Shaman

The tools are older than the tech — craft, attention, intent. The technology just gave him a bigger forge.

Just Some Guy, Having Fun

Under the framework and the vocabulary, that's the truest answer. A man who loves the work, and built what he needed to do it right.

The AI is ink. The pen is mine. Every stroke is directed.

Six brothers cover six lanes of romance — billionaire bosshole, MM Western historical, paranormal, contemporary, and more in the queue. Same brand DNA runs through all of them: wit, competence, on-page heat that earns every degree, no passive leads, and a happy ending you can bet on.
